Old Great Square Makasiini Buildings
The charming Makasiini buildings are historical storehouses located at the atmospheric Luostarin välikatu. They offer recently renovated facilities for seasonal sales. Especially all summer events at the Old Great Square and the Riverside, as well as the Christmas Market on the old Great Square are high season.
The Makasiini buildings include eight rooms for shop use, each between 6 to 63 square meters with electricity and lighting. These rooms have no heating. Heated toilets and personnel rooms with lockers and running water are also available for common use. Rent is defined by the tenancy period’s date and length, which may be chosen freely. You may rent the facilities with a contract for an indefinite term, or for a couple of weekends on a pop-up basis.
